摘要:为满足某型声光爆震弹的指标要求,开展了一种新型爆震剂配方设计与性能研究。基于高氯酸钾与铝粉的二元体系,分别加入石墨和纳米二氧化硅作为添加剂,并分别采用酚醛树脂和氟橡胶进行造粒,制备了1#~6#样品。通过对药剂进行理化性能与光强性能测试,确定了最佳配方,其组分质量比(高氯酸钾∶铝粉∶外加石墨∶外加纳米二氧化硅∶外加氟橡胶)为50∶50∶1∶1∶3。结果表明:当主装药药量为7 g时,该爆震剂的可见光发光强度可达2.58×107 cd;同时,药剂摩擦感度、撞击感度、火焰感度(H50)和静电火花感度(E50)分别为12%、12%、4.4 cm和0.35 J,具有较低的机械感度。该配方在生产和使用中安全性良好,具有广阔的应用前景。
Abstract:In order to meet the performance requirements of a certain type of acoustic-optic flashbang bomb, a new flashbang agent formulation design and performance study was conducted. Based on a binary system of potassium perchlorate and aluminum powder, graphite and nano-silica were added as additives, and phenolic resin or fluororubber was used for granulation. Samples 1# to 6# were prepared accordingly. Through physicochemical and light intensity tests, the optimal formulation was determined, with a mass ratio of potassium perchlorate∶aluminum powder∶added graphite∶added nano-silica∶added fluororubber = 50∶50∶1∶1∶3. The results show that when the main charge mass is 7 g, the visible light intensity of the flashbang agent reaches 2.58×107 cd. Meanwhile, the friction sensitivity, impact sensitivity, flame sensitivity (H50), and electrostatic spark sensitivity (E50) are 12%, 12%, 4.4 cm, and 0.35 J, respectively, indicating low mechanical sensitivity. The formulation exhibits good safety in production and use, and thus has broad application prospects.
