    针对采用半导体桥(SCB)换能元的火工开关在引信保险解除中出现的电路转换异常,通过无损检测、解剖及复现试验,研究了焊点形貌对功能失效的影响。结果表明:长接线柱补焊时焊锡内流并堆积底部,致焊点外径超差(>1.25 mm),切断刀带动接电套运动时受焊点剪切阻力,推进力不足即致开关失效。基于剪切力学模型,建立了以安全系数为核心的焊点堆积失效临界力学判据,明确焊锡突出量临界阈值为 0.25 mm。据此制定了工艺量化控制:外侧焊锡突出量 0.10~0.20 mm,内侧侵入深度 0 mm,焊点外径 1.00~1.25 mm,圆度 ≤0.2 mm,并实施 100% 外观检查与 5% X 射线抽检。验证表明,12 发改进产品经常温及-45 ℃低温发火均正常, 95% 置信水平下单侧失效率置信上限 21.5%,证实了该临界力学判据的有效性及工艺量化控制措施的可靠性。

    Abstract:

    To address abnormal circuit conversion of a pyrotechnic switch with semiconductor bridge (SCB) transducer during fuze arming, the influence of weld joint morphology on functional failure was investigated via non-destructive testing, anatomy and reproduction experiments. Results show that during repair welding of long binding posts, solder flows inward and accumulates at the bottom, causing weld outer diameter to exceed tolerance (>1.25 mm). When the cutter drives the contact sleeve, it encounters shear resistance from the weld joint; failure occurs when propulsion force is insufficient. Based on a shear mechanics model, a critical failure criterion with safety factor was established for welding joint stacking failure, identifying the critical solder protrusion threshold as 0.25 mm. Accordingly, quantitative process control measures were formulated: outer solder protrusion 0.10~0.20 mm, inner intrusion depth 0 mm, maximum weld outer diameter 1.00~1.25 mm, roundness≤0.2 mm, supplemented by 100% visual inspection and 5% X-ray sampling. Verification demonstrates that all 12 improved products functioned normally under ambient and -45 ℃ low-temperature firing, with a one-sided failure rate upper limit of 21.5% at 95% confidence level, confirming the validity of the criterion and reliability of quantitative control.
