摘要:为了考察ε-CL-20在熔铸载体炸药中的晶型稳定性,采用中红外漫反射光谱法对ε-CL-20在载体炸药DNTF、DNAN及DNP中的晶型转变行为进行了研究,探讨了ε-CL-20在DNTF熔铸载体中熔混过程晶体结构的影响因素。结果表明:在120℃加热条件下ε-CL-20会转变为γ型,但转晶的速率较慢;在载体炸药的熔液中,ε-CL-20受到热和载体炸药的作用,工艺条件下DNTF对ε-CL-20晶体形貌稳定性起到一定的积极作用,DNAN对ε-CL-20晶型的稳定性无影响,DNP不利于ε-CL-20晶体形貌的稳定,一定程度上促进了ε-CL-20向γ-CL-20转变。
Abstract:In order to investigate the crystal stability of ε -CL-20 in the melt-cast carrier explosives, the crystal transition behavior of ε-CL-20 in carrier explosives DNTF, DNAN and DNP was studied by mid-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, and the influence factors of ε-CL-20 crystal structure during melt of DNTF were analyzed. The results show that ε-CL-20 can change into γ type when heated at 120℃, but the rate of transformation is slow; ε-CL-20 is affected by heat and carrier explosive in the melt of carrier explosive, DNTF has a positive effect on the stability of ε-CL-20 crystal morphology, DNAN has no effect, and DNP is not beneficial to the stability of ε-CL-20 crystal morphology, which can promote the transformation from ε-CL-20 to γ-CL-20.
