摘要:针对火工品中常用的耐温点火药BPN和CPN在低温低气压(-80℃,10Pa)下的输出性能,以某宇航拔销器及起爆器为装药载体,开展了常压常温、常压低温以及低温低气压下BPN和CPN的p——t曲线测试,以及真空热循环条件下的性能裕度试验。试验结果表明:低温低气压下CPN的输出性能明显减弱,而该环境对BPN的输出性能影响较小,BPN可作为输出装药应用于宇航火工品中,保证其可靠性。本研究为宇航火工品中的装药选择提供了参考。
Abstract:Aimed at the output performance of commonly used temperature resistance ignition powder BPN and CPN under low pressure and temperature(-80℃, 10Pa) condition, a type of split pin puller and its initiator were used as the ignition powder’s carrier, then p——t curves of BPN and CPN under normal temperature and pressure, normal pressure and low temperature, as well as low temperature and pressure conditions were tested, and the function margin in vacuum thermal cycling test was carried out. The test result show that the output performances of CPN are obviously weakened in low temperature and pressure condition, while those of BPN are less affected, BPN can be used to aerospace initiators as output charge to guarantee the reliability. In this way, some references are provided for the selection of powder charge in aerospace ordnance.
