    摘要:

    基于半导体桥(Semiconductor Bridge, SCB)火工品换能元SCB作用对象绝大部分是起爆药的现状,为探究半导体桥与起爆药间的响应规律和作用机理,系统地介绍了半导体桥等离子体的特性参数及变化规律,论述了半导体桥等离子体点火机理的研究进展,并归纳总结了等离子体与药剂相互作用规律,以期为新型药剂的设计和等离子体起爆技术的发展提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Based on the status that primary explosives are mostly ignited by SCB in SCB initiating explosive devices, therefore, to explore the laws and mechanisms of SCB and primary explosives, the characteristic parameters and change law of SCB plasma is systematically introduced, the research progress of SCB plasma ignition mechanism is reviewed in detail, and the interaction between plasma and explosive is systematically summarized, which is expected to give some references for the design of new explosives and the development of plasma initiation technology.
