摘要:针对爆破片爆破压力不稳定及爆破压力不可变的问题,设计了一种适用于爆破片的聚能切割装置。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对聚能切割装置切割爆破片的过程进行了数值模拟,并开展了相应的试验研究。结果表明:聚能切割装置能够在爆破片达到试验设定承压7MPa时完成对爆破片的切割,实现精确控制爆破片爆破压力的目的;应用聚能切割技术能够使爆破片在零承压至其最大爆破压力的任意承压条件下启爆,达到爆破片爆破压力可变的目的。本研究为解决爆破片在工程应用中的相关问题提供了一种有效的技术途径。
Abstract:Aiming at the problems of unstable bursting pressure and immutable bursting pressure of bursting disc, a shaped charge cutting device suitable for bursting discs was designed. The process of cutting bursting discs by the shaped charge cutting device was numerically simulated by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software, and the corresponding test was carried out. The results show that the shaped charge cutting device designed in this paper can cut the bursting disc when the bursting disc reaches the test set pressure of 7MPa, and realize the purpose of accurately controlling the bursting pressure of the bursting disc; The application of shaped charge cutting technology can enable the bursting disc to detonate under any pressure condition from zero pressure to its maximum bursting pressure, so as to achieve the purpose of variable bursting pressure of bursting disc. This study provides an effective technical way to solve the related problems of bursting disc in engineering application.
