    摘要:

    为实现某电磁炮射水雷诱饵弹水下充气悬浮功能,设计了一种新型高安全非电激发燃气发生器,采用基于隔板起爆器与限制性导爆索的输入端实现非电激发,采用侧排式多层物理冷却外冷却装填装置对气体进行过滤冷却,并与直排式单层过滤冷却装置的燃气发生器进行气囊充气对比试验。结果表明:本文设计的燃气发生器出口燃气温度低于80℃且过滤残渣效果较好,97.3L气囊在4.5s内充满,充气过程中气囊完好,且该燃气发生器装配简单、易于加工。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the underwater inflatable suspension function of a mine decoy projectile launched by an electromagnetic gun, a new type of non-electrically excited gas generator with high safety was designed. The non-electric excitation was realized by using the input terminal based on through-bulkhead initiator and confined detonating fuse. The side row multi-layer physical cooling external cooling filling device was used to filter and cool the gas, and the air bag inflation comparison test was carried out for the gas generator of the straight row single-layer filter cooling device. The results show that the outlet gas temperature of the designed gas generator is lower than 80℃ and the effect of filtering residue is good. The 97.3L air bag is filled within 4.5s, and the air bag is intact during inflation. At the same time, the gas generator is simple in assembly and easy to process.
