摘要:为了研究喷雾干燥制备六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(CL-20)过程中的雾化液滴粒径及其分布,建立了液滴平均粒径分布的经验关联式,并与CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)计算值进行对比,分析不同操作条件对雾化液滴平均粒径的影响规律。结果表明经验关联式对液滴平均粒径具有很好的预测性,以丙酮为溶剂时液滴粒径最小为2.009μm。同时用Rosin-Rammler(R-R)分布和对数正态分布对雾化液滴的粒径分布进行了拟合,研究表明液滴粒径分布更符合对数正态分布。、79.7 ℃。
Abstract:In order to study the droplet size and its distribution in spray drying process for preparing hexanitro- hexaazaisowurtzitane (CL-20), the empirical correlation of droplet size distribution was established, and the calculated values were compared with those of computational fluid dynamics(CFD), the effect of different process conditions on the average particle size of atomized droplet was analyzed. The results show that the empirical correlation is very predictive for average droplet size, the minimum droplet size is 2.009μm as selecting acetone as solvent. At the same time, the particle size distribution of atomized droplets was fitted with Rosin-Rammler (R-R) distribution and lognormal distribution, which show the particle size distribution of atomized droplets is more consistent with lognormal distribution.
