    摘要:

    为研究大口径聚能装药结构参数对爆炸成型弹丸的影响,利用LS-DYNA 软件对爆炸成型弹丸形成和侵彻靶板过程进行了数值仿真,研究了罩口/罩顶壁厚比对EFP 成型的影响规律,并通过大口径EFP 高速侵彻舰用靶板试验进行验证。结果表明:当变壁厚药型罩的罩顶厚度为25mm、罩口厚度为17mm时,形成的EFP速度高、开孔孔径大、毁伤效能优;设计的大口径EFP对大型舰船目标结构靶可形成有效毁伤,且侵彻靶板后弹丸和剥离块具有较强的后效毁伤能力。本研究为EFP战斗部的设计和工程应用提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the influence of structural parameters of large caliber fusion charge on the formation and penetration of the explosive shaped projectile, the numerical simulation of the formation and penetration of the projectile was carried out by LS-DYNA software. The influence of the thickness ratio of the cover to the top wall on EFP forming was studied, and the results were verified by the high speed penetration test for the target plate of ship by the large-diameter EFP. The results show that when the thickness of cover top of the variable wall thickness is 25mm and the thickness of cover is 17mm, the formed EFP is of high speed, large aperture and excellent damage efficiency. The large-diameter EFP can effectively damage the target structure of large ships, and the projectile and stripping block after penetrating the target plate have strong aftereffect damage ability. The study provides reference for the design and engineering application of EFP warhead.
