Research on Structure and Properties of CuO/Al Composite Particles

摘要:为提高铝粉粒子的燃烧效率,采用化学均匀沉淀法制备了CuO包覆铝粉的复合粒子,使用扫描电镜、透射电镜和X射线光电子能谱对复合粒子的结构和化学成分进行了表征,并使用同步热分析对比了包覆前后的燃烧性能。结果表明改性后的铝粒子表面形成了一层厚度约543.8nm的非晶态CuO,其在空气中的燃烧反应程度比纯铝粉提高了32.5%。
Abstract:To improve the combustion efficiency of aluminum powder, the composite particles of aluminum powder coated cupric oxide were prepared by chemical homogeneous precipitation method. The structure and chemical composition of the composite particles were characterized by SEM, TEM and XPS, and the combustion properties before and after coating were compared by synchronous thermal analysis. The results show that a layer of amorphous cupric oxide with a thickness of about 543.8nm is formed on the surface of the modified aluminum particles, and its combustion reaction degree in air is 32.5% higher than that of pure aluminum powder.
