摘要:为了研究敏化剂珍珠岩含量及粒度对乳化炸药爆炸性能的影响,配制了不同粒度(40目、60目、80目)与含量(3%、4%、6%、10%、20%、30%)珍珠岩的乳化炸药,通过爆速与猛度测试,探究珍珠岩粒度及含量对乳化炸药爆速与猛度的影响,确定珍珠岩的最佳含量。结果表明:当珍珠岩含量低于3%时,乳化炸药出现拒爆;当珍珠岩粒度为60目、含量为4%时,乳化炸药的爆速和猛度最高;随着珍珠岩含量增加,爆炸性能逐渐降低。本研究为乳化炸药的配方优化提供参考。
Abstract:Aimed at explosive compaction process of gunpowder powder, the numerical simulation was carried out by use of ANSYS/AUTODYN software, the motion sate and density distribution of the powder materials were studied and analyzed. The results show that the speed of the powder particles decreases rapidly after a sudden increase, and then tends to be stable, the entire process is about 200μs. The density of the material at the bottom of the compact is higher than that at the top, and the density in the center area is higher than that in the edge area. As the thickness of the charge increases, the rebound of the material increases, which easily leads to uneven density. It is found that the charge thickness of about 15cm would result in better compaction effect after comparison.
