Study on High Temperature Resistance Performance of Some Kinds of Primary Explosives

摘要:为了对比研究叠氮化银(SA)、斯蒂芬酸铅(LTNR)、高氯酸五氨基四唑二银(DATP)在200℃下的耐高温性能,以200℃为温度点,24h、50h、72h、100h为时间节点设计高温贮存试验。收集高温试验样品,采用差示扫描量热法测试高温样品的热性能,采用X射线衍射测试高温样品的晶体结构,并对比分析高温试验前后样品的性能。结果表明,LTNR仅能够在200℃高温箱内连续放置24h不发生分解,SA和DATP能够在200℃高温箱内连续放置100h保持性能稳定。
Abstract:In order to study the high temperature resistance property of SA, LTNR and DATP under 200℃, adopting 200℃as the temperature points, 24h, 50h, 72h and 100h as the time nodes, the high temperature storage tests were carried out. The thermal performance and the crystal structure information of the samples before and after the high temperature storage tests were obtained by differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction, and the properties of samples before and after high temperature test were compared. All the test results show that LTNR can remain its intrinsic quality after being put in the ovens of 200℃ for continuous 24 hours, and SA, DATP can keep stable performances below 200℃ within 100 hours.
