Study on Quasi-Static Pressure Properties of Al/PTFE/SiC Reaction Materials

摘要:为了研究加入纳米SiC后Al/PTFE/SiC反应材料准静态压缩的力学性能和反应影响因素,采用模压烧结工艺制备了5类不同SiC含量的Al/PTFE/SiC试件,并开展准静态压缩实验,得到了真实应力应变曲线;根据试件的失效形貌特征,分析了准静态压缩下材料的力学性能和反应影响因素。结果表明:添加纳米SiC可提高Al/PTFE材料的弹性模量和屈服强度,降低失效应变值,少量的纳米SiC可提高Al/PTFE/SiC材料的抗压强度。
Abstract:To study the quasi-static compression mechanical properties and reaction factors of Al/PTFE/SiC reaction materials added nano-SiC, five types of Al/PTFE/SiC specimens with different SiC contents were prepared, by the molding and sintering process. Quasi-static compression experiments were carried out, and the true stress vs strain curves of the specimens were obtained, the mechanical properties of the materials under quasi-static compression and the reaction influence factors were analyzed. The results show that the addition of nano-SiC can increase the elastic modulus and yield strength of Al/PTFE materials, and reduce the failure strain value, small amount of nano-SiC can increase the compressive strength of Al/PTFE/SiC materials.
