摘要:为研究一种新型三基发射药的贮存安全,采用热老化加速寿命试验、Berthelot方程预估发射药安全贮存寿命,研究发射药理化性能、中定剂含量、组分含量、能量性能及燃烧性能随老化时间的变化。结果表明,新型三基发射药的安全存储寿命(常温30℃)为63a,中定剂含量随老化时间增加而减小,理化性能、主要组分含量、能量性能及燃烧性能随老化时间变化不明显。经过老化试验的发射药质量稳定,燃烧性能稳定,可以满足弹药装药长期贮存使用要求。
Abstract:In order to study the safe storage of a new tri-base gun propellant, an accelerated aging test and Berthelot’s equation were used to predicting the safe storage life of gun propellant. The change rule of the relative content of centralite, components, physical and chemical property and combustion performance with aging time was researched. The results show that the safe storage live at 30℃of new tri-base gun propellant is 63 years. The relative content of centralite in the sample decreases with aging time, the bases components, physical and chemical property and combustion progressivity of the sample have no significant changes with aging time. The new tri-base gun propellant can meet the requirements of long-term storage and use of ammunition and charge.
