Study on the Design of Electric Igniter with High Reliability

摘要:为满足航天火工品高可靠性的要求,同时适用于装配空间和降低成本,设计了一种高可靠性电点火器,对点火器的发火件、装药进行结构设计及试验验证,并与传统电点火器进行可靠性对比。结果表明新设计电点火器的可靠性达到0.999 9,满足航天高可靠性的要求,符合国军标的冗余设计。本研究为点火器的可靠性设计提供一种设计方法。
Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of high reliability of initiator in aerospace, as well as small assembly space and low cost, an electric igniter with high reliability was designed. The structure design and verification test of ignition element and the main charge, and the comparison of the reliability of the designed igniter and the traditional electric igniter were carried out. The results show that the reliability of new designed electric igniter can reach 0.999 9, which satisfies the requirement of high reliability of spaceflight, and also in line with the international military standards of redundancy design requirement. This study provides a method for the reliability design of igniter.
