摘要:针对某型分离螺栓在作用后高速摄影下出现少量燃气及污染物泄漏的问题,通过仿真及试验确定可能泄漏部位,采用优化密封结构的方法进行了无污染优化设计,并运用高速摄影的测试方法对优化设计后的分离螺栓进行无污染验证试验,试验表明,优化设计后达到控制污染量的目的。
Abstract:In order to solve the problem that small quantities of gas and contaminant appeared after the explosive bolts action by the high-speed photography, the possible leakage positions were determined by test and simulation, and optimum design for non-pollution was proposed by improving the sealing structure of the explosive bolt. Meanwhile, the optimized design was validated by test using high-speed photography. Test results indicate that after the optimization, the explosive bolts can meet the requirement of controlling the amount of pollution.
