    摘要:

    为了实现对乳胶基质老化过程中临界现象的定量分析,使用高低温循环实验加速乳胶基质的老化进程,并对每次循环后的乳胶基质的析晶量与电导率进行测定,结合乳胶基质的老化模型与老化方程,对临界现象进行了分析与探讨。试验结果表明,分散相中发生析晶的液滴所构成的逾渗集团是临界现象出现的原因,此时乳胶基质开始全面破乳,且全面破乳时间tthr可以由总结晶加速度的极大值来确定。全面破乳时间对于确定乳胶基质的储存期具有重要的参考意义。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at realization of quantity analysis on critical phenomenon in the aging process of emulsion explosive matrix(EEM), the aging process was accelerated by freeze and thaw cycles treatment, the conductivity and amount of crystals were recorded after each cycle. Based on aging model and aging equation of EEM, the critical phenomenon was analyzed and discussed. It is found that the reason for the emergence of critical phenomena is the percolation cluster spanning the system, which is formed by crystallization droplets in disperse phase. At this point, EEM begin overall demulsified. And the overall demulsification time tthr can be determined by the maximum of overall crystallization acceleration. The shelf life of EEM can be estimated based on the overall demulsification time.
