    摘要:

    为研究添加蒽(C14H10)对四氧化三铅/聚四氟乙烯/镁粉(Pb3O4/PTFE/Mg)混合诱饵剂效能的影响,设计了6种配方进行试验。首先测试了基础配方和蒽添加量为12%的配方的热分解性能,然后用8~14μm远红外热像仪测量了压制成的药柱样品的燃烧过程,计算出每个样品的燃烧时间、质量燃速、辐射面积、辐射亮度、辐射强度。结果表明:添加蒽后,药剂反应放热峰峰值温度提前;随着蒽添加量的增加,样品质量燃速变小,燃烧时间变长。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the effect of C14H10 as an additive on the performance of trilead tetraoxide/teflon/Mg mixed powder (Pb3O4/PTFE/Mg),six different formulations were designed and tested. Firstly, the thermal decomposition properties of the base formulation and samples with 12% C14H10 addition were measured, and then the 8~14μm thermal imager was used to observe the combustion process of the tablet. The burning time, mass burning rate, radiation area, radiation and radiation intensity of each sample were obtained. The results showed that after adding C14H10, the reaction exothermic peak was advanced with the increase of the proportion of C14H10,the burning time of the sample became longer and the mass burning rate decreased.
