摘要:针对小型电爆阀,提出了一种采用阀芯尾速表征小型电爆阀性能裕度,并基于阀芯尾速统计分析评估其功能可靠性的方法。采用光纤位移干涉仪精确获得阀芯尾速,可避免测量误差过大给工程实际评估带来较大的不确定性。本方法试验样本需求少,使试验评定电爆阀可靠性成为可能,能够有效满足工程需要。
Abstract:Aimed at small pyrovalve, a method was presented for evaluating the reliability of small pyrovalve. Based on the statistical analysis of the plunger’s remaining speed, the performance margin was characterized in this paper. The plunger’s remaining speed was accurately obtained by the fiber displacement interferometer, which can avoid the large measurement error that brings great uncertainty to the actual engineering evaluation. The low demand of test samples makes it possible to evaluate the reliability of the small pyrovalve by testing and meet the engineering requirement.
