摘要:为了探讨Al/MnOx锰系高能燃烧剂的高温火焰对模拟金属外壳弹药销毁的熔穿能力,采用超声波分散法制备了Al/MnO2、Al/Mn2O3和Al/Mn3O4 3种类型的高能燃烧剂反应材料,对3mm厚钢板分别进行模拟金属外壳弹药熔穿实验,并结合实验结果对3种反应材料先后进行反应速率、反应热值变化和TG/DSC同步热分析计算。结果表明,采用粉末柱状Al/MnO2装药时点火性能最好,燃烧速率最快,能够熔穿钢板,燃烧效果符合预期。
Abstract:In order to investigate the disposal effect of high temperature flame Al/MnOx thermite on the simulated metal shell of ammunition, the Al/MnO2, Al/Mn2O3 and Al/Mn3O4 thermite reaction materials were prepared by ultrasonic dispersion method, as well as the 3mm thick steel plate penetration experiments have been carried out. Combined with the experimental results, the reaction rate, the enthalpy changes of the reaction and the TG/DSC synchronous heat analysis of the three kinds of reactive materials were carried out. The experiment results show that Al/MnO2 charge has good ignition performance, the fastest burning rate, and can penetrate the steel plate. The combustion effect is in line with the expectation.
