Preparation and Properties of High Strength and Low Density Polyethylene Plastic Detonating Tube

摘要:为了提高低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)导爆管的强度和韧性,用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和Surlyn树脂进行共混改性,制备了高强韧低密度聚乙烯导爆管,并对改性前后两种导爆管分别进行了性能测试。实验结果表明:改性导爆管的爆速提高了3.18%,药粉中断最大距离提高了10mm;80℃时热收缩率由2.90%减少到0.85%;强度、刚度和韧性分别提高了29.57%、37.07%和132.71%;改性导爆管相容性依然良好,耐热性增加。
Abstract:In order to improve the strength and toughness of low density polyethylene (LDPE) plastic detonating tube, high density polyethylene (HDPE) and Surlyn resin were blended to prepare high strength, toughness and low density polyethylene detonating tube, and the performance tests were carried out. The experimental results showed that, compared with LDPE, the detonation speed of modified plastic detonating tube is increased by 3.18% and the maximum distance of powder interruption is increased by 10mm, the heat shrinkage rate at 80℃ is reduced to 0.85% from 2.90%. In terms of mechanical properties, the strength, stiffness and toughness of modified plastic detonating tube are improved by 29.57%, 37.07% and 132.71%, respectively. The compatibility of modified plastic detonating tube is still good, and the heat resistance is increased.
