摘要:为提高硝酸肼镍起爆药的质量,分析了影响硝酸肼镍药剂质量的原材料、加料方式、反应介质pH值、化合温度4大关键工艺,从理论上说明了这些因素对硝酸肼镍药剂外观、结晶、流散性、起爆能力等质量的影响,并提出了生产工艺中的控制措施。生产数据表明控制措施可使硝酸肼镍药剂质量保持稳定,并满足工业8号雷管装配技术要求。
Abstract:Aimed at the improvement of the quality of nickel hydrazine nitrate, key processes which influence the quality of nickel hydrazine nitrate were analyzed, such as raw material, feeding way, the pH of the reaction medium and compound temperature. The impact of the four key processes on the appearance, the crystallization, the free-flowing property and the initiating power of nickel hydrazine nitrate was also explained theoretically. At the same time, the controlling measures were put forward, which can make the quality of nickel hydrazine nitrate stable, and meet the technical requirements for No.8 detonator assembling in the production process.
