    摘要:

    采用5种有机溶剂分别运用超临界流体增强溶液扩散技术(SEDS法)和超临界反溶剂技术(GAS法)对HMX进行重结晶细化。结果表明:SEDS法不能成功制得β-HMX,大都为γ-HMX结晶;当以丙酮或DMSO为有机溶剂时,在合适的工艺条件下GAS可得到β-HMX;环己酮或乙腈为溶剂时GAS工艺制得的HMX为γ-型,NMP作溶剂时为δ-型。

    Abstract:

    Crystallization refinement HMX was prepared in the five organic solvents through using two kinds of recrystallization methods, namely, the process of solution enhanced dispersion by supercritical fluid (SEDS process) and the process of supercritical anti-solvent method (GAS). The results show that using GAS process, β-HMX is available under suitable technological conditions using acetone or DMSO as organic solvent, though cyclohexanone or acetonitrile as the solvent, HMX is γ-, and HMX is δ- when NMP was used as solvent. However, obtaining β-HMX via SEDS process is not possible.
