摘要:在井下电缆传输射孔施工中,由于射孔枪内进水,会出现“炸枪”事故。为避免事故发生,设计了一种新型传爆序列,主要完成了泄压孔、隔爆距离的确定,以及雷管参数设计。可靠性试验、模拟井下试验与井下工业试验表明:该传爆序列在正常情况下能可靠传递爆轰,起爆射孔枪串;在射孔枪内进水时又能可靠隔断爆轰波的传递,保护射孔枪。
Abstract:During the process of cable transmission perforation, the explosion of perforation gun would appear if the water enter the gun. In order to avoid this accident, a new type of detonation sequence is designed. The amount and diameter of pressure leakage hole, and the distance of detonation insulation were determined, and the parameters of detonator were designed. The reliability test, in-well simulation test and in-well operation test showed that the detonation wave can be cut off when the water enter the perforation gun, while under normal condition, the detonation sequence works well.
