摘要:研究了4种不同结构的有机物在高温下生成炭黑的情况,找出了有机物的析炭温度,使用FTIR和SEM对有机物在不同温度下的反应产物进行表征。结果表明:不同结构的有机物产生的炭黑结构和粒径也不同;适宜的产炭有机物不仅含碳量高,还应该具有较高的C/H比。
Abstract:The influence of four organic compounds with different structure on the formation of carbon black was studied. Forming temperature of carbon black was obtained by tests, the product residue of four organic compounds was characterized by FTIR and SEM. Result showed that the carbon black produced by organic compounds with different structure has different structure and particle size. The proper organic compound producing carbon black should have higher content of carbon and higher ratio of C/H.
