Study on the Temperature Influence on the Property of PTFE Material

摘要:通过对聚四氟乙烯材料110根样件的实际拉伸试验,获得了11个不同温度条件下的拉伸强度、极限名义应变和弹性模量变化数据。基于实测数据的理论分析,认为:聚四氟乙烯材料的玻璃化温度大约为100℃;当温度大于25℃时,极限名义应变几乎不受温度的影响;其弹性模量介于高弹性聚合物与金属材料之间,但更接近高弹性聚合物。
Abstract:The data of tensile strength, ultimate conventional strains and elastic modulus under 11 different temperature conditions is obtained, by tensile testing with 110 pieces of polytetrafluoroethylene material samples. Based on the theory analysis of measured data, it is believed that the vitrification point of polytetrafluoroethylene is 100℃ approximately; when the temperature is above 25℃, it has no affection on ultimate conventional strain. And its elastic modulus lies between the high elastic polymer and metal material, but closer to the high elastic polymer.
