摘要:通过实验研究了起爆方式对线性成型装药切割效果的影响。线性成型装药金属罩的压垮是复杂的三维过程;起爆方式不同,药型罩压垮方式和形成射流的方式也不同。端面起爆引发滑移爆轰波的作用;棱上中心点起爆,在起爆点附近呈球面爆轰波作用,更远处可认为是滑移爆轰波的作用。理论分析表明:在相同装药条件下,棱上点起爆比端面起爆的切割深度大;若装药长度足够长,装药在棱上点起爆时的切割长度应大于端面起爆时的切割长度。提出采用棱上多点起爆,切割效果可能会更好。
Abstract:Effects of initiation manners on the cutting function of linear shaped charge are studied from experiments. It is discovered that the collapse of liner is a complicated three-dimensional process. The collapse manner of the metal liner and the jet formed are different with the initiation manner. Under the stimulus of end initiating, slip detonation will be acted. When the charge is initiated from the back central point, spherical detonation wave is acted near the initiating point and slip detonation wave is acted at a distance. It is indicated from theoretical analysis that the cutting depth of the charge initiated from the back central initiating is deeper than that initiated from the end under the same charging condition. If the length of the charge is enough, the cutting length brought by the back central initiated charge is longer than that brought by the end initiated charge. It is present that better cutting effect can be obtained by using multi-point back initiating manner.
