摘要:介绍一种用于火工品闭气塞检测的自动装置。利用图像处理技术和可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制技术实现了对工件的几何尺寸和表面缺陷的自动检测。详细介绍了该装置的检测原理、方法和实施途径。经对工件实际测试和结果分析表明:该装置能够显著地提高检测效率和加工质量,其分辨率可达到4mm。
Abstract:A kind of automatic device of detecting the gas lock valve of initiating explosive device is introduced. With the help of the digital image processing and programmable logic controller (PLC) technology, the geometric sizes and surface defect of the work piece are detected automatically. The detecting principle, method and approach of the device are introduced in detail. A set of test data has been obtained. The test results showed that the device can increase detecting efficiency and improve manufacture quality notably. Its resolution can reach up to 4mm.
