摘要:指出了植物纤维代替纸质材料制作礼花弹球壳的新工艺及其模压成型技术。对新旧工艺进行了对比,对采用新旧工艺制作的礼花弹进行了物理性能、爆炸振动测试。结果表明:采用新工艺制成的礼花弹球壳的耐水性、吸湿率优于传统工艺球壳,其礼花弹的燃放效果与传统工艺制成的礼花弹基本一致;采用新工艺可降低生产成本,提高生产效率,并且降低了环境污染。
Abstract:The plant fiber instead of the paper materials was used to made the spherical shell of the display shell, and corresponding new process and mould processing technology were presented. The physical and the explosion vibration properties of the display shells made by two kind of process, the new process and the traditional one were determined. The results show that contrast with the traditional process, the display shell made by the new process have the advantages of better water-resistance and hygroscopy, with lower production cost, high productivity and low environment pollution., under the condition of the same display effect.
