Study on the Character of Color Changeable Nonel Tube at High Temperature

摘要:对普通变色导爆管高温条件下的传爆及点火性能开展了研究。试验表明,当温度自23℃上升到90℃时,普通变色导爆管的爆速自1 900m/s下降至1 500m/s;温度从60℃上升到90℃时,点火峰压自2.6MPa下降为2.0MPa,点火冲量自7.4′10-5MPa×s下降为4.4′10-5MPa×s;温度达到60℃或更高时,普通变色导爆管传爆后管壁有明显击穿孔,且随着温度继续升高,击穿加剧,同时变色现象消失。
Abstract:The detonation transmission and ignition character of color changeable nonel tube were studied in this paper. Experiments showed that the detonation velocity of the nonel tube decrease from 1 900m/s to 1 500m/s when the temperature increase from 23℃ to 90℃. When temperature vary from 60℃ to 90℃, the maximum igniting pressure of the nonel tube decrease from 2.6MPa to 2.0MPa and the igniting impulse of it decrease from 7.4×10-5MPa×s to 4.4′10-5 MPa×s. When at the temperature of 60℃ or more, the nonel tube was perforated after the detonation transmission through it. The higher the temperature, the acuter the perforation, and the changing of the color of the nonel tube can’t be observed at this time.
