摘要:采用步进应力加速寿命试验原理,通过对某底火贮存状态、失效机理分析和摸底试验,确定了试验应力和应力水平。建立了数据处理数学模型和贮存寿命预测方法,并计算出某底火在正常应力水平下的可靠贮存寿命。该方法对预测其他火工品贮存寿命提供了依据。
Abstract:This paper determines the test stress and stress level by using the principle of stepping stress acceleration life test, and analyzing its failure mechanism in storage conditions and making its pretest, mathematics model of data processing and method of forecasting storage life are set up in this paper. The primer's reliable storage life in normal stress level is given, this method provides the basis to storage life of other initiaors.
