摘要:根据理论分析与实验结果,导出了火箭弹点火具系统的等效电路模型。根据点火具吸收的静电能量,分析了短接卡的抗静电性能。发现在同样的静电条件下,低阻点火具比高阻点火具吸收的静电能量更小,说明了分流原理解释短接卡作用的局限性。给出了短接卡的安全电阻值,为产品的生产和验收提供了具体的技术依据。
Abstract:The equivalent circuit model of rocket ball has been constructed in accordance to the theory analysis and experiment. Anti-electrostatic performance of short-electrostatic clip has been analyzed depending on electrostatic energy absorbed by the ignitor of rocket ball. It has been proved that low resistance ignitor absorbed less electrostatic energy than high resistance ignitor did on the same electrostatic condition. This explains the limitation of bypass principle of short clip. Safety resistance value of short clip on certain electrostatic condition has been given. It provides technical basis for production and inspection.
