摘要:热烤试验（Cook-off test）是评估武器弹药热安全性的一个重要的实验。本文介绍了Cook-off的定义和Cook-off实验的发展过程、实验方法，对国内外Cook-off实验研究现状和发展方向进行了分析和展望。
Abstract:Cook-off test is one of the important tests to assess thermal safety of ammunition. The concept of cook-off test, development process and test method are described. Current study and developing trend of cook-off test are analyzed and prospected both at home and abroad.
