The Influence of Structural Parameters of the U-shaped Charge Liner on the Velocity of Formed Ultra-high-speed Jet

摘要:为在地面模拟空间碎片撞击航天器的速度,以U形药型罩聚能装药结构形成的高速射流模拟空间碎片,采用LS-DYNA有限元软件对药型罩结构参数对射流头部速度的影响进行了研究。结果表明:药型罩半球形顶部壁厚为5 mm、底部圆柱壁厚和高度分别为1mm和30mm时,射流效果最好,射流头部速度为11 470m·s-1;半椭球形顶部药型罩较半球形顶部药型罩的射流速度进一步提高,最高可达13 070m·s-1,且能稳定在12 200m·s-1,大于第二宇宙速度(11.2k m·s-1),能够满足模拟空间碎片撞击速度的要求。
Abstract:In order to simulate the impact velocity of space debris on the spacecraft on the ground, the high-speed jet formed by the shaped charge structure of the U-shaped liner was used to simulate space debris. LS-DYNA finite element software was used to study the influence of structural parameters of the liner on the jet head velocity. The results show that when the hemispherical top wall thickness of the liner is 5mm, the wall thickness and height of the bottom cylinder is 1mm and 30mm respectively, the jet effect is the best, and the jet head velocity is 11 470m·s-1; The jet velocity of the semi ellipsoidal top liner is higher than that of the hemispherical top liner, with the maximum velocity reaching 13 070m·s-1 and stable at 12 200m·s-1, which is higher than the speed of the second universe (11.2km·s-1) and can meet the requirements of simulating the impact velocity of space debris.
