摘要:以具有代表特征的某金属索类火工品自动装药系统及其钢板防护为研究对象,建立金属索类火工品装药钢板防护安全计算模型,从工程应用角度提出模型处理简化方法,并开展钢板防护爆炸冲击波峰值超压计算及强度仿真。仿真结果表明,增大防护距离对降低钢板防护应力极值效果明显,采用较易实现远距离防护的自动装药工艺是装药安全防护技术提升的重要途径。
Abstract:Steel plate protection of a automatic charging explosive equipment with representative characteristics of metal cord initiating explosive devices was researched in this paper. The safety calculation model of steel plate protection for charging explosive of metal cord initiating explosive devices was established, the simplified method of model processing was proposed for engineering application, and the peak overpressure calculation of explosion shock wave and the strength simulation of steel plate protection were carried out. Simulation results indicate that increasing the protection distance has an obvious effect on reducing the extreme value of steel plate protection stress, the automatic charging process which is easy to realize long-distance protection is an important way to improve the charging safety.
