    摘要:

    为了获得性能良好的3,3’-二氨基-4,4’-偶氮呋咱(DAAzF),采用低温滴加重结晶细化方法得到了亚微米级DAAzF,并采用水悬浮法制备了DAAzF/VitonA聚合物粘结炸药(PBX)。对样品的形貌、结构、热性能进行表征分析,并计算其表观活化能。结果表明:在溶剂温度为0°C条件下制备的DAAzF的粒径最佳,且粒径小于35°C和50°C下制备的DAAzF;DAAzF基PBX (650μm)的表观活化能为182.68kJ·mol-1,比原料DAAzF具有更好的热稳定性。

    Abstract:

    The recrystallization technique was used to prepare submicron 3,3’-diamino-4,4’-azofurazan (DAAzF) with good performance, and DAAzF/VitonA polymer-bonded explosive (PBX) was prepared using solvent-slurry technique. The morphology and structure, as well as thermal property of samples were characterized and analyzed, and the apparent activation energy of thermal explosion was calculated.The results show that the particle size of DAAzF prepared at 0°C is smaller than that prepared at 35°C and 50°C. The apparent activation energy of the obtained PBX (650μm) is 182.68kJ·mol-1, indicating the better thermal stability than that of raw DAAzF.
