    摘要:

    为了改善高氯酸铵(AP)的热分解性能,采用溶胶凝胶法将MIC材料(wFe2O3 : wAl=3 : 1)与AP进行复合,采用SEM、XRD、红外光谱对其形貌进行表征,并通过DSC研究MIC材料(Fe2O3/Al)对AP热分解的催化性能。结果表明:MIC(Fe2O3/Al)粒子复合在AP表面,且粒子尺寸大部分为纳米级别;与原料AP相比,加入MIC材料(Fe2O3/Al)后,AP的低温分解峰与高温分解峰重合,使AP热分解过程只出现1个分解峰,表明复合MIC材料(Fe2O3/Al)对AP的热分解有明显的催化作用,且复合样品的放热比原料AP更加集中。与原料AP的高温分解峰温相比,加入质量比5 %、10 %、15 %、20 %MIC材料(Fe2O3/Al)的复合样品分解峰温分别降低了65.7 ℃、75.9 ℃、78 ℃、79.7 ℃。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the thermal decomposition performance of ammonium perchlorate (AP), MIC material (wFe2O3 : wAl=3 : 1) was synthesized with AP by sol-gel method. The morphology was characterized by SEM, XRD and FT-IR spectroscopy, meanwhile, the catalytic performance of MIC material (Fe2O3/Al) on the thermal decomposition of AP was studied by DSC. The results show that MIC (Fe2O3/Al) particles compound on the surface of AP, and most of the particle size is nanoscale. Compared with the raw material AP, the low temperature decomposition peak of MIC material (Fe2O3/Al) is coincided with the high temperature decomposition peak of AP, so that only one decomposition peak appears in the thermal decomposition process of AP, indicating that the composite MIC material (Fe2O3/Al) has an obvious catalytic effect on the thermal decomposition of AP, and the apparent heat release of composite samples is more concentrated. Compared with the high temperature decomposition peak temperature of raw material AP, the decomposition peak temperature of composite samples with 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% MIC materials (Fe2O3/Al) is decreased by 65.7 ℃, 75.9 ℃, 78 ℃ and 79.7 ℃, respectively.
