Research on the Treatment of Retired Single-base Powder with Hydrazine Hydrate

摘要:基于水合肼处理工艺操作简单、处理过程较安全的特点,探究其在处理退役单基药中的应用。通过实验初步研究了水合肼与硝化棉、单基药的反应,以积分法建立水合肼与硝化棉的动力学模型及水合肼与单基药的扩散模型。结果表明,水合肼与硝化棉的反应受温度的影响较大,反应时间的影响相对较小。处理退役单基药时,温度适合控制在50~70℃之间,提高反应温度可以提高水合肼处理退役单基药的效率。理论上通过提高水合肼浓度、加快搅拌速率也可以提高水合肼处理退役单基药的效率。
Abstract:Based on the characters of simple operation and relative mild and safety of the hydrazine hydrate treatment process, the application of the treatment process to decommissioning single-base powder was explored. The reactions of hydrazine hydrate with nitrocellulose and single-base powder were preliminary studied by experiment, and the kinetic model of hydrazine hydrate and nitrocellulose, as well as the diffusion model of hydrazine hydrate and single-base powder were established by integration method. The results show that the reaction of hydrazine hydrate and nitrocellulose is greatly affected by temperature, while the effect of reaction time is relatively small. When treating decommissioned single-base powder , the temperature should be controlled between 50~70℃. Increasing the reaction temperature can improve the efficiency of hydrazine hydrate in treating decommissioned single-base powder. By increasing the concentration of hydrazine hydrate and speeding up the stirring rate, it is theoretically possible to increase the efficiency of hydrazine hydrate in treating decommissioned single-base powder.
